Whataburger

We had been traveling all day with 2 young children. Needless to say we were tired and just wanted a good meal. This was the closest place we could find from the airport. We were glad they were open 24 hours and when we walked in the service was wonderful. The food was exactly what we needed and the kids enjoyed the food too. It was a great first stop in Texas!

It's small and attached to a gas station convenience store. It's the only food within walking distance of several hotels. It's the same menu as their stand alone stores. If you don't mind fast food it's good.

This particular Whataburger has the most friendly outspoken employees. Very nice staff, and good food. The downside is there is a huge airport tax on all orders so expect to pay more at just this location, and it is technically not in the airport.

It was my first time at Whataburger and I can say I really enjoyed it. They have a great selection of burgers and I was able to get a malt as well. I'm from Ohio and we don't have these and I finally got to try it. I'll be back. We also had great friendly service.

Exceptional food. I enjoyed a real chicken taco that was cooked with onions and peppers full tasty chicken. I am astonished by the quality. Great night snack before early flight.
