Baker's Ribs

Great ribs and BBQ. I bought chopped brisket (by the lb.) to make brisket tacos. I add a little salsa and their delicious BBQ sauce to the brisket. Makes an incredible taco. Also, used their chicken. Equally good!

Good bbq brisket, sides are good and plentiful. If you want a good fried pie, real fruit not overly sweet this is the place to go.

Really good ribs and brisket. My dad enjoyed the baked potato. I was not a fan of thier potato salad as it was not mustard. And their green beans were not as delicious as I would have liked. But, the staff was kind, the restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. And there's free ice cream!

BBQ at this location - super good. Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. Service is typically great. It has a cool atmosphere. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.

If their ribs would be more consistent, they'd get a higher rating. However, one can never tell what the rib order will taste like. Sometimes they're meaty, moist & tender, sometimes tough & hard, sometimes mostly bones. If they could get the consistency thing right (always tender, moist & meaty), we'd have a winner. The green beans and dill potato salad are good 95% of the time.
