Cicis

Food was great. Service not so much. I was the very first customer at 11 and girl that opened was unfriendly and came off testy when I asked for parmesan cheese. You should probably be ready to serve right out of the gate. I've been here before and probably will again. I wrote this review right before leaving.

Food was standard for cici's. There was four employees. They clearly looked like it had been a long work day but Destiny and Willy where nice and welcoming. There was one female employee who had a terrible attitude. Just bad customer service from her part. I spoke to her and was barely acknowledged. Emphasis on the barely. She might be a manager not sure. Anywho Destiny and Willy made the visit not a total bummer. Other than that restroom was somewhat clean and it smells like sewer. Only reason they get 3 stars it's because of Destiny and Willy's great customer service.

Totally enjoyed my visit to CiCi's for dinner. The management was friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed the salad bar, the many choices of pizza and pasta. And to be able to top it off with a fresh baked cinnamon roll hit the spot.

The staff is very, very customer friendly. Keep up the good work!

They are always so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They go about and beyond. Give them all raises lol.
