    Atmosphere is good. The servers are hard of hearing with the ambient noise so you may have to enunciate more than normal if you need something. It's petty but I noticed a pattern.

    Awesome find! Great food and great service! Scallops sushi was just mind blowing. Ginny at the bar was incredible. Gave us awesome recommendations for menu items and drinks. Great conversation too.

    Service was good, food was great. Restaurant is clean and has a distinctively and refreshingly modern aesthetic. Pricey, but definitely worth a try if you like sushi and other asian fusion food.

    There is good sushi and then there is next level sushi. Shinsei has to be one of the best sushi spots in Dallas. Yes, they have rotating selection of cotton candy.

    Great menu, food is delicious! Randomly found this place, and it was a gem. Loved the decor. Very cozy yet laid back fun atmosphere. Staff was very upbeat and sushi chef is amazing
