(March 15, 2019, 5:57 am)The folks Preston-Forest location are always kind, fast, and service oriented. I'd ordered a PB&J and 2 Meatball Subs.
They'd run out of peanut butter, and without any prompt, they discounted my order for the lack of ingredients. Something wrong? Most Potbelly locations I visit work the same way: service oriented. -

(February 8, 2019, 5:27 am)This place is a stoner's delight. Open late, great ambiance and hip hop music bumpin'. They use to have a grilled reuben on rye that was to die for, but sadly no more. The best thing here is surely their buffalo chicken/blue cheese fries and their pastrami on a hoagie roll. All the other sandwiches are surely delish.

(October 17, 2018, 10:58 pm)I ordered delivery and the food was great, but the delivery guy seemed kind of rude. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or what. But I answered the door and he didn’t say one word to me, just handed me my food and the receipt and walked away. It was super weird. Maybe invest in hiring friendlier delivery drivers?
