Red Lobster

Had the Friday fish and chips special. Fish was dry and small pieces, 2 pieces equal about one IMO. Overall would have been fine if fish was better and the waiter was slooooow. People seated after us were eating the same thing we ordered 10 minutes before we got ours. Could have been why it was dry. Not terrible but better options for the same thing/price.

We were seated right away. Waited 20 minutes for server to come by to take our drink order or greet us.We had to ask the hostess if someone would be coming soon. When we ordered they were out of Lobster bisque. Honestly, why else come to red lobster if not for the lobster bisque? The restaurant wasn't busy and we were a table of 2.

First off, our waiter was great and so was the food, but the hostess had an attitude. It wasn't busy and there were empty tables but we still had to wait. Maybe if we go again it, the hostess will be in a better mood. To our waiter Wayne thanks you were great!!!

I want to express my Thanks to Kayla and Kenny! After my grubhub driver took off with some of my food, these two wonderful people went out of their way to make sure I received the food I paid for and offered a replacement. They were polite and customer focused definitely solution driven. I am grateful for their kindness! Also, the food was amazing! Thank you!

Waited for 25 mins to get seated, not sure why. Drinks came out on time, food was hot and delicious. Server was friendly but he was a little slow since he was new. And they gave us free dessert.. it was a good visit.
