Great place for seafood! The lobster roll is the best! There is a lot of good things on the menu. Try a piece of pie for desert. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent spot for tasty seafood. It's so tasty. The service here is above par. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Feeling here is similar to a cafe in San Jose I liked.

A low key neighborhood restaurant with amazing food. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. There is additional parking in the rear but it's typically easier to park across the street and walk over now that the cross walk and lights have been installed. They have a seasonal menu with repeated updates. Definitely bring your own beer or wine and enjoy the outdoor patio while you dine!

20 Feet is our go-to spot for seafood in Dallas. Always fresh and delicious, it's also BYOB which is great for my oenophile spouse. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's definitely based on a coastal seafood shack. So it's great for large groups, families, even dogs at the outdoor patio, but it's not a classy date night sort of place. So it's 5 for food, 3.5 for ambiance.
