    If you're looking for a basic, corporate owned bagel place, Einsteins is just ok. Dont expect to have a great bagel or much in the way of meat on your sandwich. If you want a real bagel, go to Benny's in Lakewood

    Personally think this location has one of the nicest employees. I've come across one or two employees that are not that friendly - one is notorious for being on her phone a lot while ringing out customers. :/ I came in this morning and the manager was sooo nice! It just started my day off great! The one closest to Lemmon and Oak Lawn could learn a thing or two about customer service from this store location. Altogether, service is great!

    The food itself is excellent. The staff seemed a bit discombobulated! They kept forgetting pieces of my order which was frustrating but would still go back for the food. My favorite is the Nova Lox.
