The burnt tip ends are quite good. The portion are smaller than Texas size (read normal). The sides are all quite good. Mash potatoes are above average
Burnt ends were so delicious. Definitely a must try. Ribs weren’t fall of the bone and I was expecting a little more. Brisket was pretty good but I would try a different entree if I went again. Got the Brownie A La Mode to finish it off and that was not let down!
A favorite spot for tasty BBQ. Came here on a Friday I think. The service was friendly and sociable. Prices were good for how much you get. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.
Good place for happy hour. Price point is not bad. Service was very good. There were 6 of us, we got family style brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage. Brisket was disappointing , ribs were decent, pulled pork ok but the sausage excellent. Sides of grits and mac and cheese were top notch. Fried okra was excellent and the burnt ends were also tasty. Good selection of beer. I would go back.
Was in town on business. We are from Kansas city so we had to try it. I had the burnt ends and wife had brisket sandwich. Both were good. Price was fair compared to upscale BBQ places in KC. Service was excellent. The fried okra was different but also good. Glad we stopped in for lunch.
