(April 5, 2019, 11:30 pm)The cashier was super patient with me. I haven't been to Pollo Loco done we visited San Diego 2 years ago. I couldn't remember what we order. So he explained everything. There was a trainee and he was very patient to help her understand. This young man was very kind and will be going far.

(April 4, 2019, 3:58 am)Best grilled chicken ever！The chicken is really soft and juicy. Really good service and thank you for free tortilla soup for most recent visit. I highly recommend you offer similar free trail for client periodically.
A small recommendation: can you offer more sauce without cilantro.. I am a big fan of Mexican food but can’t get along with cilantro -

(March 8, 2019, 1:53 am)The chicken is tasty. Taste much different from other chicken place. Side request: consider improving the taste of salsa - nothing wrong tho. I'll still give it a 5 star rating.

(February 3, 2019, 6:29 am)I love their preparation of chicken! I tried ordering chicken wings but, they only had one. I ordered thighs in addition to the wing. Although it was tasty, the thighs were dry. I was surprised as thighs are more juicy than other cuts of chicken. And, chicken here is a bit pricey.
