Excellent in every way. Popular and crowded but now outdoor patio is open there are more tables for seating. Feudore was our server and his knowledge of their wines and spirits is great as is his explanation of the menu. Plus he's very personable and shared some funny stories with us as he saw to it that our wine was refilled. Food was so well done, presented artfully. All the staff is super attentive and engaging, too. Restaurant is in the burgeoning Bishop Arts, sitting on the patio affords an ongoing parade of people watching and taking in the local vibes. Menu changes seasonally so I look forward to returning and seeing what new creative offerings chef comes up with.

We got the Brioche Donuts, Salumi Board, and Branzino. While I expected Macellaio to be all about the cured meats, the most impressive parts of the meal were the other dishes. Not to say the cured meats weren't good, but the fish really shined.

The cocktails were also very nice. The menu changes regularly but if you have the chance to try the ginger and bourbon cocktail I highly recommend it. Exactly what I want in a bourbon cocktail.

It looked like the only way to get a table was to make a reservation but later in the night on a Saturday (9pm) the bar opened up.

What a great surprise. My wife and I ate so well there. The food, particularly the branzino - was spectacular

Great place for shared dishes with small group. Charcuterie and shared mains are a great choice. Concise curated cocktail and wine list and very small beer selection. To really enjoy yourselves plan on a nice three course experience first, main, and dessert.

This is a place for foodies, those that want something outside of your salad-meat-potatoes type of meal. Get ready to intake all of the flavors, combinations and creations by the chef that you have never thought of. The service was ultra professional, timed our courses perfectly, always there with just the right amount of attention and not overbearing. This is an absolute gem in Dallas and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!
