I have been eating here since I was a very young man and I really enjoy their ribs. Today, I had a 3 meat plate which included chicken. Near the end of my meal. I noticed that the chicken thigh was not completely cooked. I went to speak with the young lady that takes the orders and told her about the chicken being under cooked. She then turned and spoke to the gentleman that cuts the meats. They were speaking in Spanish, so I have no idea what was being said. There was no response from either of them, so I returned to my table and finished the rest of my meal. Not one person came to me or offered and solution to the problem. Not even a thank you! I am disappointed in the service. The young lady appeared to be very nice, but there was offer of correcting the problem. I guess I will need to find a different establishment if I expect something better that this. Good luck!

Pretty good barbecue at a decent price. I really enjoyed their sausage, baked potato, beans, and potato salad. The corn wasn't to my liking though. This is the only place down here (so far) that I've found anything other than peach cobbler (they have apple also) so that made me very happy.

I never take pictures of the food I get but this was a good amount for a very decent price so I'm sharing.

Love the hamburger and onion rings. They have other great food choices. Good service and good parking and a drive through service.

I always have a Great Experience at this Colter's Barbecue. I drive all the way from Ft Worth Texas. Management are Very Polite, Helpful and Offer Great Meals.

Place is alright. Typical bbq. It's my second time in the place. Had the ribs plate both times. For whatever reason I feel as though the food was better first time around. But I would go again for a quick fix.
