KFC

The location wasn't busy upon my arrival. Yet, the staff seemed chaotic. My order was processed with good timing. It's been my experience the drive thru is not my friend. 90% of the time the order is not correct or something is always missing. Not only for KFC in general. I always order inside, only to make sure my order is complete. As predicated the pot pie was missing... Unfortunately the additional 20 min wait was annoying. The situation was corrected. As for the rest of my order the food was to our satisfaction. The facility didn't feel inviting to eat in.

I go through the drive through order a bucket of chicken with sides and some tinder's ask for some plates, we don't have any plates.
Give us 5minutes so pull around and park.
I walk inside a big stack of plates in plain sight.
Can I have some of those plates?
