Original Market Diner

Party of 7 and only a 20 min wait. Place is small and TIGHT! They squeezed a table in every available section. There is no waiting area, so you are either outside or inside standing at the door watching everyone eat. In fact if you are standing inside your probably standing over someone table ????. Anyway, the food was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly. No one complained. I ordered french toast, cheese eggs, bacon, tomato slices and grits. They have us an extra hash brown, so I are half. We were food watching and everyone food looked good, especially the lunch/dinner food.

Really love going to this place. They serve you fast and the new parking lot looks great! The prices are definitely good and breakfast is really good. I come here at least every two weeks. I haven’t tried all the food but I think going often I can say all the food is a safe and tasty choice. I love the feel of the original diner.

This place has been doing business for some time now. It's a classic drive=in with no car hops. A sit down Cafe all the indulgent foods you expect I Cafe diner to have. Even a pie carousel and their pies are out of this world made on site with love and care just like the people that work there. Love it and their open faced chili cheeseburger. Best in Dallas

(Hit like button) let me say first that the food is very good! The food taste fresh, it’s hot, has a quality taste, hands down It was good! I did have an issue with the customer service which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5. So when we got in, no one was there to tell us to wait to be seated or to seat ourselves. I asked a waitress and she informed us to seat ourselves. Then, she said let me get some menus, but never came back with menus. I had to ask someone else to bring us a menu. On top of that, a couple came in after us and got menus before we did. Then, I ordered biscuits with gravy, then ordered a second order of biscuits for my food but the waitress brought out additional cornbread and rolls with the second order of biscuits. I was like “she could have informed me that bread comes with the table. Lastly, it took the waitress 3 times coming back and forth to the table to bring me a straw. I kept reminding her and each time she came back, she forgot (until the 3rd time). Once again the food is delicious but I wasn’t too happy with the service.
