(March 10, 2019, 3:09 am)Sooooooooo good. Thus far I’ve had the wings, brisket platter, and 2 specials (chili, chicken with dumplings) and these guys do it RIGHT. Owners appear to be a husband and wife duo, and this place is one of those gems you hope comes to your street.

(March 6, 2019, 8:43 pm)Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. All kinds of fusion and innovation going on with that menu! My friend and I had bahn mi sandwiches, the house made chips, house made pickles, and their special - Thai peanut wings. Everything was absolutely amazing, fresh, and memorable. My friend said it was one of the best sandwiches he’s ever had. I highly recommend this place.

(February 23, 2019, 11:11 am)GrassRoots is a favorite neighborhood eatery, and we have some very discerning neighbors. Everything on their menu is unique and delicious. You think you have eaten barbecue, but this barbecue is from heaven. Highly recommended.

The meatloaf was damn good!
Especially the homemade pickle slices!
We be visiting again soon!
