Williams Chicken on Camp Wisdom in Duncanville I ordered gizzards and they forget my gravy twice already

We bought chicken from this place here about 8 at night the person that was taking out order was talking on a cell phone at the same time he was trying to take an order I had to repeat my order six different times and still didn't get it right by the time we got the chicken the chicken was hard to hard for me to eat I broke my tooth on the chicken it made me mad because that time it was our last little bit of money that we had and we heard great things about this place so we were going to try everything else was just disastrous the food was too hard and same time it acts like it had been sitting there all day and it wasn't very fresh the person on the phone couldn't even get an order right because he was more interested in the conversation with somebody else the biscuits that we heard so much great things about were very very hard and we could not eat them at all nothing less fresh nothing was good and they wouldn't even replace the order when we called in to complain

I love their chicken livers. Always made fresh when ordered so there's a wait time, but well worth it

I can't rave enough about their chicken strips. I was raised city girl but Cajun country girl by birth . I say my taste buds are pretty diverse. Always Been a Popeyes lover through and through, but I have to say their chicken strips are better. I consider myself quite a connoisseur of chicken strips. Their chicken strips are a affordable weekly staple in my house. Definitely a close tie to my most favorite in Dallas.
