Chief Papa Bears Fried Chicken

Cashier friendly... Food: my chicken seemed like it wasn't fresh maybe a hour old but my sons tenders were fresh the sides are amazing my kid enjoyed his food... Dessert: ummm the bananas were brown in the banana pudding and my strawberry cheesecake tasted like lemons... but over all food was good may come back if in the area... the $1 for a refill is crazy... if u have to wait or dine in why not...

I really enjoyed the food and the great service. I'm not in this area often and my wife had been wanting to try this place for awhile. The fried chicken is worth another trip! I had the sampler platter and my wife got the soul food plate. The greens are excellent and the yams were very tasty. The shrimp were plump and had a crispy cornbread batter that was also on the fried catfish. The portions were very generous. We got dessert and the banana pudding was yummy. I haven't tried the cheesecake yet. My favorite was the fried chicken. Definitely coming back.

The staff are very nice, I only ordered 2 piece without fries but they overheard our conversation (that i'm gonna eat my friend's fries lol) then they decided to give me fries anyways. They make food fresh out of the fryer, it was delicious and even the leftover was super comforting. Price is very very reasonable. Definitely gonna come back when I have the chance!

I’ve been to this establishment on several occasions and each time the quality of food has exceeded my expectations. The fried chicken is sinfully delicious, the banana pudding is phenomenal, and the strawberry cheesecake barely makes it to noon so you can imagine how divine it tastes! The customer service is splendid and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to visiting again, try them out, you’ll be hooked ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
