IHOP

We had a bad experience here. Food was good but the service was not. Take in mind we were in a hurry to go to a museum. When they brought our food they missed a plate for one of us. We told the server and she said that they forgot to cook it. We were going to start eating but we didn't have silverware. I saw to guys wrapping silverware in napkins so I asked for some and instead of giving me one of the wrapped one they just grabbed a bunch of wet silverware that it seems had just came out of the washing station because they were wet. So we did have a napkins either now. And our server was nowhere to be seen. We started to get a little mad because we all done with our meals and one person had not gotten their food yet. We asked for the manager to ask for the status on the food and she was the nicest person. She didn't make us pay for the late plate and have us a 20% discount. A Good manager goes a long way! I would have put 1star other wise.

My meal was the best I've eaten! I had fish and spinach! The spinach was cooked to perfection, it felt as though it melted in my mouth! Delicious is how to really describe it! Our Server was on top of his game as well! Thanks IHOP for a delightful day out with family!!

I came here with my family and some friends. we decided to have breakfast together before a dear friend's funeral. Our waitress was very nice and our food arrived rather promptly. We had a guest who arrived later, and the staff did a wonderful job in getting his food out shortly after ours had already been served. This is a great location.
