Chubby's

It's just good. Don't know how else to say it. Highly recommend the vegetable soup. And every entree has that home cooked feel to it. Delicious!

A great neighborhood fixture. Generous portions of southern cuisine. Friendly service. A relaxed inviting atmosphere that reminds one of what dining out in Dallas was once like.

I've only been here twice, but both times I've had the generously prepared fried cod (Fish & Chips) special. It's always the special on Fridays, but today was the first Friday in Lent - so apparently there was a major rush on the fried cod and I had to take a somewhat revised but still delicious portion. The fries can't be beat. The service is extraordinary - really competent and friendly. Chubby's is my new favorite place for lunch. Count Me A Lover of Cod - Chubby Style!

Chubby restaurant is one of those family friendly restaurants that makes great food and everyone is happy to serve you. I have been eating here for about 5 years and have tried many things on the menu and I have no bad memory of anything being bad. They're quick with preparing the food and they give you good portions.

Took my family for lunch yesterday, this place is awesome. The staff is on point and my drinks are filled before I ran out. I ordered chubbys chicken fried steak with a baked potato and it was so delicious. My son ordered pancakes and bacon and eggs he loved it. I highly recommend eating here.
