Baboush

Yooooooooooooo as a super duper Fadi's lover, I must say that I am digging Baboush. The falafels are grand. The peppery fries with that sauce--gives LIFE! However, Fadi's spicy hummus is still weighing heavy. But no matter what the Mediterranean cuisine is still the best. Like there's no doubt about it, Baboush is where it's at! I'll be back for cocktails.

Note: They do have hookah. Outdoor seating and friendly staff.

I think Baboush will become one of my favorite spots in Dallas! Great location. Although inside decor and atmosphere is great and close to mood of middle east and north Africa region, but if weather allows do not miss the outside set area!

Food was great, authentic and has the feel og home cooking.

The appetizer platter is very recommended (alert: its filling) their olives remind of olives from back home! Their Apricot lamb tajin is also a must!

The service was quick and nice, SHOUT OUT TO RANDA!!

If I could give this restaurant MORE than 5 stars, I WOULD! Baboush is a top-notch restaurant with exquisite food, a great patio with a boutique-feeling ambiance, and attentive, respectful, and an extremely pleasant staff. They understand and execute every aspect of creating an exceptional experience for their customers. The manager Henry really takes care of this place and knew ours names within the first few times of us visiting. The owner is here very frequently and is constantly making sure the customers are well taken care of. It is my FAVORITE place in West Village to eat and enjoy a Friday night for dinner, drinks, and hookah (or even a weekday lunch). I have been coming here for over a year and every single time has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Whenever I have a friend come in from out of town, I don't hesitate to bring them to Baboush. I rarely take the time to post reviews, but they truly deserve it!

Food is delicious, portions are generous, great selections on the menu. Wonderfull atmosphere, relaxed vibe. They have live music playing on Fridays.

Interior of the store is awesome, if even love to buy some of the tables for my home if I could that were in there. Service was decent as well and they kept checking on us if we need anything. Even the owner came and asked us how’s everything and the food.

Their portions are not huge, I had to order and extra skewer for extra price but it was worth it. Perfect rice portion, thank God they don’t pile up the rice. Lamb kabobs were AMAZING. They were juicy, tender and perfect red from the center. Just a tip don’t get them well done they are hard to chew then. They tasted so amazing.
