(August 25, 2019, 2:00 pm)Even if you are skeptical the Raw Venison Tartare is a must!!!! Had such an amazing experience! The staff here are so personable and accommodating. The atmosphere is rustic and genuinely eclectic. I would reccomend this spot to anyone who is looking for a fresh, inviting experience and well crafted cocktails.

(June 24, 2019, 2:37 am)Billy Can Can is able to take the simplest of things and make it amazing. The atmosphere was upscale yet down to earth. There was a great vibe there. As soon as we walked in we were hit with the divine aroma of the most amazing cooking...... And I do mean amazing. It has been a long time since I've had an amazing burger so I had to try the Billy Can Can burger. It was everything that I had hoped for..... Juicy, flavorful, topped with thick, rich smoked bacon, jalapenos, and gooey cheese. I have included pics.... Doesn't it look amazing?

(May 31, 2019, 11:17 pm)There's a lot to like. The ambiance is good as they go for a western classy feel. The drinks are strong. Unfortunately the food and service (the core) lacked. While the hostess was nice, the waiter was disinterested in serving. Food was hit and miss, and unfortunately more miss.
