We have waited awhile to get into this place for dinner. We had a 5:15 reservation time & were told there was a 7:30 after us. Meaning you had a 2 hour dinner slot. Didn't get a picture but they start you off with a variety bread basket & bring over this huge block of Parmesan cheese. They cut off a decent chunk for everyone to enjoy with the bread instead of butter. We started with Ceasar Salad & Calamari. They mix the salad at your table on a special cart, it was a nice touch. Then they served onto your plate. The Calamari comes with a sauce which we had them pour onto. Both dishes very yummy. For drinks we tried classic cocktails: Vesper, Whiskey Sour, Sidecar & Stinger. All very tasty but each has a $18 price tag. I enjoy a glass of Pinot Grigio wine @ $24. So come knowing this is a $100 per person type place. Onto more yummy food. For the next course we had Spicy Rigatoni Voda & Lobster Ravioli. The Rigatoni was the winner dish of the night. The Ravioli was made with squid ink, so had a beautiful color. For our last dish, we ordered the Veal Parmesan with a side of potatoes. Unfortunately the meat dish @ $76 was our least favorite. It was dry & not seasoned...I'm not a salt person but you need a right amount to make the food taste right. So will try something different next visit. They bring around an impressive dessert try but we were on carb overload. So they brought out a birthday celebration plate which was super cute & tasty almond cookies bites. Atmosphere...instead is beautiful with beautiful dressed servers & dinners. We wore jeans, nice tops & nice shoes but lots of people dressed to the 9! I will go back & also want to try the Vino by Carbone. I hear you can get a few of the same dishes, including our favorite pasta .

Great service by our captain Sarah. In fact, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Super atmosphere, excellent music and really good food across-the-board. We did the three course recommendation and it was way too much food. The bread is incredible, Caesar salad top shelf, 24 year aged Parmesan along with salami to start was unbelievable. I didn’t think the spicy pasta was spicy enough, view Parm was good. I’m going back on Tuesday to try a few more things. Honestly, not as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

Our Captains, John and Juliana were absolutely amazing!

After dining there tonight, I know why it is so hard to try and get a reservation. From the spicy rigatoni and tortellini, to the bread at the beginning of the meal, everything and I mean everything was amazing!

You can not go wrong with anything on the menu.

Perfect place for a wonderful Sunday dinner. It was our first time dining at Carbone, and we were not disappointed. Our captain, Axel, was phenomenal and helped make our night so special. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was insanely delicious, and we really enjoyed the oysters, Caesar salad, meatballs, lobster ravioli, Orecchiette, shrimp scampi, lamb, and carrot cake. We left very full and happy, and absolutely can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been dying to try this since my last trip to NYC, so any excuse for pasta is ok with me! We came here for my birthday and it definitely exceeded my expectations. After being open for one week, you can tell that they have this down to a science! The staff are well trained, organized and knowledgeable. Our waiter Jacob went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. He listened and gave some amazing suggestions! The food, is on another level. The Caesar salad has the most amazing croutons, made in-house. They literally melt in your mouth. The spicy rigatoni is a LIFE CHANGING. I savored every bite and could have eaten another bowl 😅 The amaretto ice cream was so creamy, but not overly sweet and the lemoncello was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend coming here!! Pro tip: Carbone Vino does not require reservations, but if you come as a walk in, come right at 5. If you come 15 min before, you can prob find a parking spot without having to valet.
