The staff is very professional and friendly.
The portions are huge.

We renewed our lease here at Park Lane in part to chipotle.

I walked in about 10 or 15 minutes before closing And knew they probably weren't happy to see me as they were getting ready to close. One employee was mopping the floor in the dining area and the manager was putting wet floor signs out The manager stopped what she was doing went behind the counter immediately washed her hands and asked how she could help they were super nice and unfazed that I had came in so late they got me my order fast and I left happy.

I love coming to Chipotle, and was excited when I heard they were opening one right under our apartment complex. But I have had bad experiences in this location with their food, I have been here three times ever since they opened and their meats are always dry and does not taste as good as all the other DFW locations.

I love how clean everything is from the kitchen, to the tables and the restrooms. Employees don’t feel as welcoming nor energetic as other locations, you would think they will be since it’s a newer location.

There’s room to improve since they are a brand new location and hoping we (customers) see this location improve their opportunities and keep their strengths as they are.

I tried this place once with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I loved the awesome mood and flavorful dishes and beverages. I recommend this place.

This just opened and everyone in my office is excited. It's right next to Zoe's and Starbucks in the Park Plaza. Gimme some of that chips and guac! :)
