Great place, comfortable seating. Food came out very quickly. Family friendly, and not a noisy environment either! Cristian is an excellent server! The Cherry strudels is to die for.
This is my first time here. There was a long wait, but then I realized why. Their hours are short, but the food is really good. I had the 'Make your own omelette', which comes with quite a bit of food. I wanted red onions in my omelette, but it was not on the menu, our server said they can actually put the red onions instead of the white ones. I also got hash browns and 2 slices of toast. So much food for the price. I would recommend this place. Apparently, this has a feel of the delicatessens in New York. I got the feel of a 'greasy spoon', but it is NOT that, like a family place. I have only driven through New York, but I would most definitely stop at one.
walking in, it's a comfy, homey place. I ordered the Trio Salad, and chose egg salad, chicken salad, and fruit salad. it was all very fresh and delicious. it came with a bagel, and I added a touch of cream cheese... it was a pleasant meal to start the day with. we also had the blueberry pancakes.... not a word... I think he enjoyed em!
definitely returning on another adventure some time!
Unbelievably delicious and fresh. I ordered the brisket and brown gravy on the Tuesday special, and that was some of the juiciest and most tender brisket I've ever had. My French fries soaked up some of the beef broth flowing from the meat, making a delightful meledy of flavors that I would come back for in a heartbeat if I lived near here. To top it all off, the customer service was exceptional. Our waitress offered useful suggestions on what to order, and she brought our food with politeness and haste. Highly recommend.
Cindi's was suggested to me for breakfast at the hotel is was staying at. It's a low key little deli and restaurant. I went early to avoid any crowds, as I had heard that its gets pretty busy especially for the lunch crowd. Breakfast was great, the pancakes were excellent and the wait staff was very prompt. I am definitely wanting to try the sandwiches next time I'm in Dallas.
