    I appreciate the new staff! My family was greeted upon approaching the register. We had a short wait. Nothing to be upset about. The gentleman that took our orders. Not only listened, suggested and shared the deals of the day! Which we of course appreciated. Whom doesn't like getting value for your $? Of course the food was delicious and hot! Turns out the gentleman was a Manager, my husband and I were not surprised! Hey went above and beyond. This is the closest DQ in our neighborhood. However it was our first time . It will definitely NOT be our last.

    We did not mind the wait as the service was exceptional! Manager Simmie B took great care of our family of 5 order. Even made us privy to specials of the day. Which gave us the most value for our $!

    Dairy Queen on Coit at Beltline they came through in a life altered problem. This Sunday June 9,2019 they was the only restaurant in Dallas with electric they had to serve people from miles. That hand full of people should be applauded for the good work, dedication and quickness. THANK YOU DAIRY QUEEN

    I want to thank Dairy Queen for been open and serving all of us as quickly as they did. The staff friendly. They serve everyone with a smile even though it was crowded from inside to outside. We Thank you. Oh food is great too!! Taco salad. Chicken salad. Strips. Everything. Richardson DQ on Belt line and Coit. Job well done.
