Einstein Bros. Bagels

Good service although process improvements could be implemented to increase throughput during busy times. Food comes out promptly and I’ve never had my order “messed up.” I will say that Beardance and other groups meet there regularly and take up A LOT of table space, which makes it hard to find a quiet spot to eat at times.

It was okay. I kept it simple and ordered a bagel and cream cheese. The food and the coffee were good. The food came out quickly. My only complaint was the staff person who was restocking the condiments. She unnecessarily spread out over four tables. She had plenty of room to put everything on just two tables. I sat at a table with medium sized box containing packets of salt as there was no other place to sit. The lady restocking either didn't notice I was there or simply did not care to remove the box from my table. I was in the back room farthest from the ordering area. She started a very loud conversation with someone on the other side of the store. I felt sorry for the guy sitting at a table across from mine who was trying to participate in a conference call. She ruined the experience.

In the past the flow from rt to left was more helpful. Not sure what was going on this morning but the staff more or less ignored me for over minute until finally the girl at the Left register called me down to weight on my. Food was perfect. One other thing, why is the food prep and ordering area so dark. I miss the bright well lit atmosphere from previous trips here.

The bagels are delicious! One of my personal favorites is the chocolate chip cake. For parents who don’t want their children running around screaming because they are hyper from all the sugar don’t worry it’s not a huge cake like this > ???? or this > ???? it’s more like the size of a bagel and round. If your looking for a place to eat breakfast and don’t want to sit down and pay a lot of money; guess what you have found your place!!!!! Congratulations ????????????????????
