Flying Fish

Yum! My first visit. We arrived at about 9 pm and had food on the table within 15 minutes. Perfectly fried shrimp, catfish and hushpuppies. Serving sizes were great for the entrees, sides and condiments. The staff were friendly and courteous. Blues playing in the background. The place was clean and the AC temp was just right. I will return to sample the rest of the menu.

Staff is friendly, fast service, VERY GOOD food. I had shrimp and. Catfish combo. Also had a dozen oysters. The whole place looks very clean. I will definitely return! ????????

Food for the most part has been great. They use hard shells for the fish tacos that are not good. It's a pretty low key dinning area with singing bass on the walls which is part of of its charm.

What a great place to relax and have an awesome meal. They helped me figure out what to order and it was one of the most flavorful meals I've ever had! Blackened grouper with grilled veggies that had some kind of sweet seasoning. Just a fabulous meal!!! Price was very reasonable, spent $20 for meal and 2 beers. Go out of your way, it's worth it!!!

Great seafood with large portions! Wednesdays is all you can eat catfish. Convenient location on Irving Blvd. Very clean. Friendly staff. Can be busy at peak dining times. They have a big lunch crowd.
