We enjoy going out. Yesterday we found this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We spent a beautiful experience there with exceptional meal and a courteous team and a great cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will no doubt go again very soon. We deeply recommend.
Georgie made a quick splash on the Dallas food scene. It didn't take long before it was difficult to get a table at prime times. Despite that, we've been several times and have always been extremely impressed. The food is all amazing, the decor is unique and beautiful, the bar is outstanding ... but when I tell friends about it, I can't help but mention the pre-dinner bread. I don't know how they make it, but it is so incredible. We've even gotten take away from the butcher shop during COVID-19, and the quality of products was still there.
Impecable Service, Gorgeous Interiors that transport you to an era in time of glamour and fun when elegant cruise ships were the norm to travel overseas.
If not the best restaurant in Dallas right now it is probably one of the most beautiful elegant and extremely delicate assortment of stuff and food farm to table that really puts Curtis Stones new restaurant in the highest caliber a fine dining. From start to finish it was amazing we probably had a staff of five servers wait on us and didn’t even have to lift a fork between courses. Don’t skip the desert it was phenomenal and the smoke salmon was so well-prepared I have no idea how they do it! Out of all the restaurants have tried in Dallas this by far is my favorite right now it really showcases craftsmanship fine dining and all the above.
Dallas has a new 'Must Dine' spot!
We happened upon Georgie for dinner on a Monday night. Unusually busy for 7pm, we secured a table and were immediately struck by the hip 70s vibe of the decor.
We were offered menus and cocktails.
We opted for the $90 Five Course Tasting. With all of the creative menu offerings, this is the way to go on your first visit. The drinks were good, the food, AMAZING. Service and timing are still a little off - the restaurant has only been open 2 weeks - so I can overlook that. I predict that by Christmas, bookings will be difficult to secure. This is the new 'IT' place to be. We are going back to celebrate a birthday later in December. The staff, while still finding their footing, was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. There is a bright future for this new Knox/Travis Walk dining district gem! Cheers!
