One of the best sandwich places I’ve been too! Their food is so good.

    Service:
The people are so nice. They clearly make it everywhere you look about how their menu works and they make sure to treat their first guests with a little something before they leave so they have a great impression.

    Food:
I personally think all their hot sandwiches are the great but I do love their grilled chicken sandwiches which are 10A-C and their Texas style sandwiches. I would say that you don’t order it Grilled because it does kinda squish the sandwich a bit much but most people won’t get that as that is an up charge.

If you have room try their custard it’s locally sourced.

Staff is always timely even when they have a full house. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I liked.

I’ve had a lot of sandwiches in my lifetime, but not like the ones here! The customer service will beat ANY place around and the entire atmosphere just feels like home.. if home was SUPER AWESOME AND HAD COOKIES. I almost hate how close I live to this place because I’m a regular now. Will be a customer for life!!

this restaurant is family owned, so that means the employees definitely care about the product of what they're serving to the customers. I got there right before they were about to close, and we I'll know how some places can be when they're about to close. When I walked in they definitely greeted me and made me feel like they were the owners but they weren't but that's lets you know how much they actually care about making sure the customer is satisfied and gets a good experience. I even got a free cookie! I liked the sandwich, it was the one that came with the jalapeno bread and six different meats I believe.

Edited comment at the bottom to reflect current score. First, I want to say that I love their sandwiches. But I can’t go here anymore. Their customer service, especially with drive through, is awful. I have a pretty bad time with dairy, and I always ask for the sandwiches with no cheese. The past 3 times I have been, there has been cheese on the sandwich, despite “no cheese” being written on the bag. You get a half baked apology when you call them out on it, and the mistake is still made again next time. They don’t pay attention when making the food.

I’ve probably received a wrong order 50% of the time I go. A “cold” sandwich was once randomly heated. It’s a great sandwich when it’s right. But it rarely is.

EDIT: I’ve been back and really have noticed a better eye for detail when it comes to orders, especially drive through. It really is the best Sandwich in Dallas. Just make sure to double check the order!
