Jason's Deli

Jamal and Deondre (hopefully I spelled that right) are AMAZING!!! The customer service I received on a missing item from my order was INCREDIBLE. The manager at night left a note for the daytime manager to deliver my missing item the next day and after I followed up, Jamal went above and beyond to make sure I got my item as quickly as possible. The communication was excellent between them and myself, I just have to rave about them going the extra mile. Well done to these two gentlemen!!!

Make no mistake, I love Jason Deli, but I recently got one of my favorites, the Ruben. Well, they now offer it in a lighter version, a marble toast. Well, the original is on rye, & that’s what I thought I was getting, & it’s not. I was disappointed & wish I had been informed about the difference. The original Ruben was the best I ever had. You guys should give your customers a heads up about the change. I would have gotten the beef eater instead.

I want to express my gratitude to the manager that just exudes energy and professionalism. I wish he had worked for me when I was in business. He took great care of the customers AND his employees. He treated them with dignity and respect. Man, I was duly impressed.

How do you not like Jason's Deli. It's like a hospital cafeteria! They have Everything... and it is consistently the same! One of the lady managers, Angie? Sandra?, bilingual, can execute Every position, better than the staff that run the single position... friendly, knowledgeable, and what I heard and understood in spanish when she spoke to the staff... was direct, but kind, respectful but understanding the sense of urgency.

We ordered two barbecued baked potatoes and two side salads and two drinks. We went straight to the salad bar after checking out and our food was already ready before we got our salads prepared. Now that's quick service
The only complaint I have and it's not a bad one is two baked potatoes, two salads and two drinks $42. Was it worth $42? No but the food was excellent. Maybe $30 for two people for this order. Other than that I will return
