L' Italiano Bistro Bar

Seems to be going a bit downhill. You'd expect more from a restaurant 100 feet from the AAC. Was excited to have this place within walking distance, but it has not impressed. They will randomly be closed despite posted hours. Food is just okay. Not terribly expensive, but pretty mediocre quality. Their pizza is good, but their entree dishes are average. Desserts ordered this most recent time were still partially frozen. Wine wall now has about 6 bottles of wine on the wall and hundreds of empty space. 4 star location but only 3-star quality. With the number of quality places recently opened in the neighborhood, L'Italiano will need to improve to keep their doors open. Unless there is an event, there is never anyone in here when I come.

Great little place! Got here early for an event. Was well taken care of, even when it got swamped we still got taken care of. I also ordered a little off menu and they still accommodated me. So thanks guys for the great food and hospitality. We’ll be back for sure.

Very good atmosphere. Sat outside and really enjoyed our experience. The waitress was very nice and helpful, even though it was her first night working. Food came out fast and was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Best restaurant experience we have ever had. Owners come and talk with us and treat us like we are family! Awesome food and atmosphere as well! Thank you for the great service! Absolutely recommended!

It was good. I am not sure they are equipped for large crowds. People wanting to eat before attending something at the American Airlines center. The food was good except for some of noodles in the Lasagna was not cooked completely through. We will try again sometime and see if it is better.
