Maple Leaf Diner

This place is awesome!! We came here on a trip to Dallas. The owner is great and took the time to explain the menu and tell us about his diner. The food is amazing. Try it, you will not be disappointed!!!

Takeout is my go to nowadays but dining in was always a special treat my husband and I shared every first Saturday of the month before church. I’m partial to the chicken and waffles, which comes with a cream puff on top!! Super filling and there’s always leftover food for the next lazy Sunday.

Parking is usually easy to find and the location is tucked away in a shopping center. The dining room can get a bit loud but trust me- the “busy diner” setting totally compliments the food.

Visited from out of state and going off other google reviews. The food was great. The restaurant was very clean. The food was all home cooked and cooked to our liking. The sausage links were AMAZING. The prices were great. Would be 5 stars but the service wasn’t as great as the food and kinda put a damper on the meal. Would definitely go back if we are in the area.

Me and my wife had to wait to eat. Long line but the line moved fast. A lot of people were in line waiting to eat at this place. Customer service was great at this restaurant. Me and wife ate breakfast and the food was so amazing that I wanted to come back for dinner. We drove an hour to come to the restaurant and it was well worth it. We will come back with our family and friends and tell everyone about this great restaurant. The owner came by our table and talked with us for a minute and made us feel very welcomed to be there. Great owner, great service and great food! Thanks

Coffee. Let's start with that since if that ain't good what does that say about the food? Good news is that the coffee was fantastic. Definitely a bold style which I prefer.

The food. They were out of salmon today so I went for the "classic" with blueberry pancakes instead. Pancakes were 5 star for sure. The sausage was a link style. Excellent. There rest was diner style - good but nothing unique. We are looking forward to exploring the menu more on our next visit.
