Onēsan Dim Sum Sushi

Food was good and the service was not bad but you're gonna wait. I thought everything tasted good, but one of our party wasn't feeling an item and the owner checked in on us and immediately took it away and off our bill and that made me feel bad because I genuinely liked it and he didn't have to go and do that. I mean it shows he cares but shout out to the owner I still liked it. Uh yeah this place is good.

Our first visit and it will NOT BE OUR LAST! We had a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to return with friends! Had chicken dumplings with amazing curry sauce. If it had been served with a straw we would have left no sauce behind!! The peppers were perfect, char, spice and a touch of sweet. We got one sushi roll, and that was over the top!! Light perfectly cooked rice (not gloopy like every other place in Dallas), and the shrimp inside was cooked to perfection…truly wonderful!

The owner stopped by our table and was very welcoming and you could see the pride he took in the place and it is well deserved. Looking forward to our next date night there!! Well done John!!

Delicious. Dallas lacks good Asian food options and this one is fantastic. Every dish had an impeccable flavor. Staff sat us quickly. Food came fast. Service was great. It was a Friday night.

We ordered: Shanghai noodles, shrimp and lobster dumplings, chicken dumplings, prime steak shitaki, Preston sushi.

Awesome date night spot. I love sushi, and this was a 10/10. It’s a smaller spot, so tables are tight, but the ambiance, service, drinks, and food quality was perfection.

Delicious dim sum options that were super tasty and perfectly plated. We will definitely be back to try everything on the menu. Cocktails were great as well.
