Pollo Regio

This is one of my favorite restaurant chains. As a chain, I give them 5 stars. This specific location gets 3 stars. I eat here about once a week since it is not far from my office. The areas of improvement for this location are as follows:
-Slow service, it takes a long time to place an order.
-The condiments bar is often out of the red sauce or chips, etc.
-There has been 3 different occasions when my rice was clearly way too old and spoiled. It should not have been served, to be fair I have never brought this up to management attention.. mostly because I don't want to deal with the hassle of standing in line again. I am still a loyal customer but is a lot of room for improvement at this location.

Great place to eat on a hum bug. Great flavorful food, good proportions, and reasonably priced.

I get the special all the time (get it before 2:00 pm) 1\2 Grilled chicken, tortillas, rice, beans, and salsas. Yummy!

Our 1/2 order of chicken was delicious!
GR8! Variety of hot sauces. The Staff were couteous, helpful & informative about menu items.

I love this place!! I'm so addicted to the chicken. It makes it hard to avoid, when they are cooking, the smoke fills the streets of welcoming Mexican flavor, style chicken.
tortillas, beans, rice, and Rico Rico pollo. I work at dealership down the road.
The food is excellent, image was impressive. The service was ok. Not the craziest, but acceptable. I'm going to eat, not get married. Its all good
