Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Today me and a co-worker placed an online order, (we typically dine in since your location is literally 3 minutes away). Well today, I made an online order around 12 (noon) -to be delivered at 12:50PM- since we had clients coming in and we did not want to rush. 1:19PM and no deliveries yet, so I took it upon myself to call to check status on delivery (hoping it wasn’t delivered to a different location). Take note we’ve ordered before using Uber eats but I noticed there are “perks” ordering online and setting up a profile so I did that today. I called and the young lady that answered was polite and she could not find my order so she voluntarily transferred me to her store GM - Latoya Moore. I was shocked, I used to work customer service/supervisor:HR positions in the past and she did not give me a “satisfactory vibe”. I did not have a problem with the system being down because I know some things are out of our control. I asked her would I have to cancel the order at that point, since this had never happens to me, and with a not too kind attitude in her voice she said and I quote “Well if you send me the email I’ll take a look at the order”, but not once did she apologize or even offer a discount (which our total was not even $21.00), or a free cookie. As a customer I hope you can understand how frustrating it can be at times to be overcharged (not in this case), but we never get “undercharged”. I give reviews all the time with my experiences, whether they are good or bad. For future service we will just take the drive to the next accommodating location in Dallas on 75/Knox-Henderson.

I have been coming to Old Town potbelly for a year now. I love there yummy food, but most of all I love the way that the cashier Yesenia treats me and all whom she serves. Always with a smile and her face and makes sure that I have everything I need, drink, and cookie. She is the typenof employee any employer should want. She's a wonderful ypung lady, thank you for always giving me and everyone a smile every single time :) keep up the great work.

The best sandwich I have had. I had the Mediterranean with guacamole and chicken on it, it was fantastic! The staff are friendly and excellent customer service. They make their cookies fresh everyday.

Service was excellent as was the food. The tables and floor were messy though this Saturday at noon. I think they only had one person working to prepare the food and run register which meant tables were not being cleaned as they should.
