Reful was the best discovery and has changed the way I have been eating to prepare for my upcoming meeting. The food tastes AMAZING and not mass produced like most meal prepped kitchen. We order every week and pick up on Sundays so that we are prepped for the week! Recommend to ANYONE!

These meals have changed my life. As a single woman it’s easy to fall into the habit of just picking up fast food but with Reful all my meals are taken care of and they are super yummy. Ordering and pick ups are fast and easy!

Salmon teriyaki bowl, I feel like they were really stingy with the bok coy. Only 2 leafs of it??!

I ordered the chicken mac + cheese, beyond tacos, beef + broccoli bowl, and bacon cheddar bites and EVERY SINGLE THING I ordered was amazing!!! I am a huge fan of REFUL because they make easy on-the-go meals that are suitable for my lifestyle as a night shift nurse. The quality of the food is far superior to some of the other meal prep services I’ve tried in Dallas. I’ll never go back. It’s so nice to have a company that values health AND taste in their products. I’ll be reordering every week!

Reful Co is awesome for anyone that is busy and wants to eat healthy. All meals are gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free. They offer 5 for $25 for your first time which is a great way to try it out. Also offer many other discount codes to keep meals affordable. I haven't tried anything on the menu I didn't like. I am able to switch up what I order every week so I never get tired of my meals. Some of my favorites include mongolian beef, chicken enchiladas, chicken sopa, chili and lasagna. I had the breakfast muffins this week as well and was able to eat one everyday this week they are so good!!! Pictures of chicken sopa with cheese added, chili and lasagna below! Overall a huge fan and would recommend to anyone
