First time here. Would visit again. Nice little gem.
The service was good; the owner was very friendly and accommodating.
The kabob chicken was tender and tasty. The rice was flavorful but a bit dry.

Wonderful Persian lunch cafe with lovely owner Samad. Everyday has a different special, today it was a cooked spinach and beans with beef served alongside a generous helping of basmati rice with saffron and a pad of butter on top. Additionally the meal came with some simple tortilla-like bread, sliced limes, and raw onion.

Samad (also goes by Sam) started the restaurant as a young man 31 years ago which features lamb, dates, yogurt drinks, and a special of the day. Also on the menu are beef and chicken kabobs. Sam is very welcoming, greeting you as you walk in his unassuming establishment next door to a tire shop. He clearly has a local following as people file in and few words even have to be spoken before they get their food.

You wouldn’t find the cafe if you weren’t looking for it, tucked away in an industrial park but also conveniently located just minutes from love field.

I’ll be headed back to visit Sam and try another dish of the day.

I’ve heard of this place before , read the previous reviews, and was very excited with very high hopes , since the place have a small varieties of items on the menu usually means it’s super good.

I like places like this very weird combination.A restaurant inside a car repairing shop .
Unfortunately it fail all my expectation, food was ok nothing special , it’s Iranian place so rice is very important, but it was crunching as if it’s no cooked correct in some parts and other parts tastes as if it was made the day before .

Disappointed, only reason why I give it 3 star because the old dude there is very nice and polite , will service you everything by him self.
