Shake Shack

What an amazing place, my children and I were just blessed today by a sweet cashier. First time here and leaving with a lasting impression of humanity restored!

This Shake Shack does not disappoint currently! I read reviews for this location regarding about the uncleanliness and how food is not hot. Well, I definitely saw BIG CHANGES despite a heavy foot traffic during lunch time today.

First, ordering from kiosk is easy to navigate and quicker to order the food. I have been to another location in Dallas and they don't have this perk!

Secondly, my boyfriend and I had the shack stack and smokeburger and 2 crinkle cut fries! They were hot, delicious, and fresh. We were happy that they weren't stingy about the fries portion! They have a green hot sauce here and it was also great since I'm a spicy person.

Cleanliness: Yes, I can tell the effort that the workers try to clean up during less rush hour time. They take turns wiping down the tables, pushing in the chairs, clean the condiments/soda area, AND also offered to put away our trash, which took us by surprise! Thank you!

Will come back for more for this location!

First time at a Shake Shack, and it did not disappoint! The burgers were very juicy and tasty. The shakes were really good and definitely lived up to my expectations. The workers were friendly and welcoming. It was a beautiful day so we were able to sit on the patio. You don't even notice you're in the city with all the trees around. There were outdoor games, and dogs are welcome on the patio as well. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Haven’t had any problems, employees seems to be nice and smiling, the place is clean and if the weather is nice you can enjoy your meal outside while playing some games. Dogs are allowed, which is super cool. As the food goes, we like things differently so I would not pay much attention to some reviews- I would go and check it out myself like I did.

Very delicious! They sell everything individually, so it does get a bit pricey, maybe to pricey for what you get. I did really like the atmosphere & the food was hot and delicious. It was worth trying them out.
