We always do take out at Si Tapas, so can't report on table service, though counter service has always been pretty good, and we do take out here a lot... because... THE FOOD. It's really really good. I'm crazy about Spanish food, wine (including sherry) and culture. I've been to some Spanish restaurants that are willing to veer a bit more from the comfortable American palate but Si Tapas plays it pretty safe on that front- Dallas is lucky to have this place, I really hope other locals cherish it as much as we do.
This is one of the cutest looking restaurants I have visited. Been there a few times and always has a good time. Restaurant is small & has outdoor seating surrounded by trees. Very pretty. People are very knowledgeable, friendly & hospitable. They have very good options in the menu to cater everyone. Tapas was good. Good selection of wine. Sangria was refreshing. Chicken sautéed in saffron wine sauce & quail on the grill was my favorite. Ordered fried potatoes, scallops & shrimp. Clean restaurant & fast service. Very recently visited on the Valentine’s Day and was seated immediately as we walked in to the restaurant. Made our day extra special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Quaint little spot not far from the Arts District. My brother and I took our mother after seeing a ballet and had a wonderful experience. Many items were chosen but today's stars were the cauliflower gratin, the lamb, followed closely by the green beans. Mom loved the poached pear dessert.
Wonderful service, better food! Come ready to share. Tartar is phenomenal. Salads are a great way to start. Sangria pitcher is a must with friends.
