Starbucks

I am blown away by the customer service I received at this location. I was greeted at the door and the two employees who helped with my order were very friendly and attentive. Drinks were made quickly and tasted great as always.

Saturday while at work I made a mobile order at what I *thought* was the Starbucks location inside the Galleria Mall but it wasn’t, it was Galleria North. I paid and sent my poor husband to pick it up, only to be told that my drink wasn’t there, but at the other location. Bev - the manager over heard my husband talking to the cashier, asking where the location with my drink was and offered to make it on the spot at no additional charge! I am still blown away at the level of customer service we received! I love this location!

Starbucks @ Galleria Dallas Mall is fabulous. Friendly, hard working staff, clean. You can enjoy your beverage while looking down on the indoor ice skating rink. Boom!!!

I’m not sure what the cashiers name was but she was absolutely amazing. She was nice and talked with so much joy it was contagious.the store can get a little packed sometimes during the weekend but the employees always try to maintain it clean.

This location was great. ?? The employees were very friendly, accurate with our order, quick, and served with a big smile. The girl whom served us was very informative of the menu, coffee flavors, etc. Very knowledgeable & helpful. (Sweet girl) The place was very neat and clean. Our drinks were delicious too. I really liked this location.
