Taqueria La Ventana

I have nothing but praise for this taqueria, I usually visit the location by the Perot museum but this location has its own atmosphere, these are not the best tacos ever because we live in a city where tacos are made on every block. But La Ventana has the best prices and atmosphere of any taco joint I’ve been too. And you can never go wrong with something on their menu. And last but not least they have the best margaritas, talk about bang for your buck, I hate how expensive some places charge for a simple margarita! La Ventana has some tasty drinks and that’s what I love about this place!

Delicious Tacos, Burritos and all for a really great price! Afternoons are pretty mellow to check this place out! But go on the weekends and it can be pretty busy! For a taco shop it’s pretty delicious! Check out the happy hour specials as well!!! Plenty of seating, coke products served for soda! Breakfast served all day!!

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a pleasant evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Good Mexican food in the farmers market. Sundays are usually busy and specially if there is an event going on outside the main building.
They take debit and credit cards as wells as cash.
Most importantly, la hora feliz or happy hour from 3-7 pm!

Tried the barbacoa tacos, good, not amazing though. The salsitas are pretty tasty. Restaurant seems clean; went midweek and nobody was there. The elotes are really good and not a bad price for 3 bucks/cup. Really wished they had churros the day we went but they weren't available. Guacamole was good and really tasty chips!!!
