The Vineyards at the Ranch

My A/C stopped working on Monday, a guy name Isidro came to check on it, He said I needed a new unit. He put a window unit to keep me cool while the unit arrived. The whole time the lady in the office communicated with me in regards to the waiting process. My unit arrived on Tuesday and was installed on Wednesday morning. I was only hot a few hours while he put the window unit. I thank God because I would not have survived this 100 degrees heat. Today they had a back to school event for the kids. That was very nice. I did not take any kids, but i saw the ladies giving goody bags away with pizza and sno cones. I did stop for a sno cone. That was awesome. Good job ladies.

No place is perfect. I am content with my home. That 7/11 has to go. Not sure who can help with that. Even 7/11 employees don't know what to do. Wish the DPD would be a better source to the community.

I have no complaints. The only thing I do not like is some people who live here talk so loud. They act like it is only them in a room. I feel like saying dang use your library voice do you not have any manners. I like my one bedroom, I have been her 2 years and I have no issues.

The price is good. I never have any problems. Maybe some people just need to be happy and life will not be so harsh for them.
Anywho, I like my apartment. No roaches. I always find a parking space. The ladies in the office are nice. I do like the gym. Wish there was a Zumba class .
