True Food Kitchen

Great food. Interesting combinations of flavor and lots of different options for various diets. The cascara cold brew coffee was something we still think about a couple months after having it last. The service was also really prompt and very friendly. Definitely coming here again.

The food is solid, but not memorable. I’ve been a dozen times and the service is always slow. It’s a good, reliable option for those days you want healthy food.

This has been my favorite go-to restaurant whenever I visit Dallas. First thing I do when I come to town is figure out when I can head to True Food Kitchen. It consistently delivers on creatively crafted fresh meals, beautifully presented, and very healthy. My favorite dessert is the Keylime Mousse with Almond Crumbles. Superb!

Pros:
Beautiful ambience.
The ancient grains bowl is a great mix of flavors with sweet and savory sweet potato, perfectly cooked mushrooms which add a heartiness to the bowl and the grains ????. Would highly recommend this.
Health Aide juice.
It’s cool that Oprah has shares (or is an owner?) of this place.
If you sign for their rewards program you get great perks.
Cons:
I wasn’t a huge fan of the Margherita pizza.
Overall:
I would definitely eat here again, and I would also recommend to my friends.

What a beautiful place! I love the atmosphere here-cool wall art and quotes! I'm a vegetarian so there were lots of options for me (but definitely a restaurant for meat eaters too). I would highly recommend eating here! I went at lunch on a weekday and the place was packed and maybe a little loud. The staff was super friendly and helpful ❤️ Plus I love the bathrooms
