This Zoes location is a hit or miss. Not sure if this is a training facility, but I've seen plenty of people come and go. I'm not too impressed with the new staff and had to stop coming for awhile. They would always mess up my online orders and would forget to put the essentials in the bags. Utensils, salad dressing, you name it. I've slowly started coming back again.

Naturally this place is really busy on most week days. I called in a to-go order and the sweet lady was incredibly rude and hung up before I could finish my order. I'm a weekly customer so I have seen when the place ran great and when it is running just ok. Please don't rush customers off the phone when they are placing an order at your place of employment. Not the first problem I've had since the changing of staff.

Always seem to get great service and my food is always fresh. The cauliflower rice is so tasty! You should try it. Plus the varieties of ice teas are tasty.
