(January 18, 2019, 4:49 am)The customer service is very well here I have a good time going through drive-thru because I love the personality of the person taking my order she is awesome Michelle is her name and she has a fantastic person I never have a problem with my order and she's always in a good mood and chipper and very good at what she does she has a very good disposition and she has a very good attitude Wendy's glad to have her I tried to explain this to the manager and he just said okay like it was nothing important but I gave her praise anyways

(November 22, 2018, 5:31 pm)The service was great better than the Wendy's on Lancaster road inside pilot, thebonly thing is how the young lady when a customer asks her a question or anything she responded "uh-huh" no eye contact and to me that's very disrespectful, but she had everything else going for her. The service is good food was hot and fresh.
