SIRG Wings & More

I always order the “Puerto Rican” (Lemon Pepper and Hot Buffalo); however, today I tried their “Honey Hot”. Now I don’t know which is my favorite! I got the broccoli as a side instead of fries - best decision I could’ve made. Healthy and delicious, ummm yes please. Very friendly staff and a clean, comfortable establishment. The gospel music playing in the background also made me feel blessed while I was eating; so I’m adding a sixth star for ambiance. ⭐️

Wings are amazing when they are NOT full of SALT! My favorites are the lemon pepper and the spicey ranch. My advice is to taste your wings before leaving to ensure they are not too salty to eat.

The wings were really good! I had the extra hot wings and my friends had the whiskey flavor and lemon pepper wings. Everyone really enjoyed them. If you like Buffalo Wild Wing’s hot wings, their extra hot wings are at about that level of spicy, and the flavoring is not lost. We also got seasoned fries, which were good. I’m not a fan of seasoned fries myself (I prefer ketchup on regular fries), but they were good - not overpowering like some I’ve tried.

I have two gripes, though: 1) We called our order in. They said it would be ~30min. I show up 30min later and still had to wait about 10 min. I don’t think our order was that big (24 wings and an order of fries we shared), but I would have preferred to have my food ready when I got there. 2) The location itself is convenient (off I-35), but the inside could use work. I wouldn’t want to sit and eat there.

With all of that said, the customer service was AMAZING!!! The cashier was very nice and even asked how my day was. So between that and the food, the wait and location get a pass. I’d definitely return when I’m in that area and recommend it to others.

This is by far the best chicken wings I have had. The staff was very friendly. Everything is cooked to order so it took some time to get the food but it was well worth the wait. They just earned a new customer

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but there were a few times I didn’t enjoy the experience. Over all I will still go back, but this is not my number one pick anymore. Every time I came into this restaurant, I dealt with the same young lady, and she was awesome. My issue is with the people above her. When I order wings it normally comes with carrots and celery tossed in the sauce of the wing flavor you pick. So one day I ordered 50 wings and I was looking forward to the carrots. I never check my order because it was always correct. This time the carrots and celery were missing. So I called to tell them and one of the supervisors or manager told me “ we don’t have to give you those veggies, they are complementary.” So in return I ask do you pick and choose which customers you give them to, and she said “No.” So I asked if it was possible if I could come get some and she said “No, we don’t have any at the moment. I told her well you should tell customers that and she gave no reply. I felt that was extremely rude. I still gave them another try. The few time after that I started seeing feathers on my wings. A complete turn off. I haven’t been here in a while since then. They shut down for construction and the reopen wasn’t up to their normal standards. So I’ll try again in a month or so and see if they have turned back into the Sirg I loved when I first started coming.
