Mother's Basket

Food was so good! I ordered from doordash, and it was hot and fresh!! Very nice portions, and I was full ! Will definitely order again pork chop basket came with green beans and mashed potatoes it wasn't listed online but that was exactly what I wanted so I was so glad that it came to. I love chicken and fries that was off the chain to.

This place has orders to go only. I ordered chicken and dumplings (delicious) and I ordered chicken wings. The seasonings are SO delicious. The staff is just exceptional.
I actually stopped in because I facilitate business loans as well as commercial loans. I also set up loans for real estate investors. These are definitely customer oriented individuals.

Nice friendly people, very welcoming. We ordered food and it came very fast. It was hot and fresh. They do an amazing job with the breading. I had the porkchop basket. Three huge pork chops, fries, pickles and bread. Was so good, tried to eat it all but was not able to because they give you ample food. Only drawback is you can't eat there, so we ate in the car.

We were in town on a Saturday for a basketball tournament and wanted to try the dressing. So we ordered our Saturday food and placed an order for Sunday as well in case they ran out. AWESOME FOOD and will definitely be looking for Mothers Basket when we return. Thanks for the GREAT service!

Last weekend, I conducted a general Google search for 'Soul Food' near me and this place popped up.
We sampled a variety of dishes: meatloaf, mac n cheese, yams, baked chicken, dressing, broccoli-rice casserole, beans w/ ground beef, cabbage, and cornbread.
Where should I begin?
Meatloaf (w/ red sauce) was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I usually can't find good mac n cheese, but THIS was good! Not too cheesy and not too dry. The yams...(now, I love yams!) These were very good, but not as chunky as I prefer. They were perfectly seasoned as well, sweet enough to eat as dessert. (How I like em). I was a little disappointed with the baked chicken. It failed to meet the perfectly seasoned standards of the other food items. (and cost them a 5th star). The dressing with gravy brought Thanksgiving to my mouth! The broccoli casserole and cabbage were perfect as well. This was a great choice for soul food;
I will be a repeat customer.????
