The Butcher's Son

Hired The Butcher's Son to provide food for our Grand Opening. 200+ people showed which was bigger than expected but Sterling planned for extra just like he said he would. Even had an air flow issue develop in the truck but he and his team just kept churning out wonderful food in the adverse conditions (HOT!). Feed back from guests was FANTASTIC as to the quality of the food. Could not recommend The Butcher's Son enough...get out and try them!

The Cajun Yankee sandwich is good!!!! Perfect cross of the Italian heritage that deeply and almost secretly permeates New Orleans food culture. A nice blend of pastrami and andouille sausage. It would be nothing if not on this brioche bun, but a toasted French baguette would also work 😋🤤

Amazing business and food!!!! Visited Dallas and went to the Dallas Museum of Art. The park across the street had food trucks lined up and thankfully for me, I came across The Butcher’s Son!!OMG OMG OMG!!!!! I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anything they have on their amazing menu but I GREATLY ENJOYED The Longhorn Sandwich! *Chefs Kiss

The Butchers platter is the Best Buy the the whole farmer’s market. 3 different steaks and one pork chop. fries and smoked Mac and cheese.

Sterling at the Butcher's Son knows how to take comfort food to the next level. I had the great opportunity to work with him on some photos and my mouth was watering the entire time! It was hard to stay focused and not devour everything he put in front of me. I would highly recommend his services and delicious creations for any event or occasion.
