Thats right..this food cannot be beat..little dive tucked away that always has a line..best ribs, brisket ever. The potato salad and beans are equally as delicious. Best meal in town..come early, runs out fast..because its so good! Highly recommend this place.

So much hype I had to try this place. Everyone I know that have lived in Garland for a long time swears that Meshack's is the best. I found it average. Better than most franchise chain BBQ places, but far from the best Dallas county has to offer. Not bad, but not worth passing other BBQ places for.

I had the sliced brisket sandwich which was good with large portions for the price. Didn't care for the potato salad, too mushy for my taste. Somewhere between mashed potatoes and potato salad in consistency. Wait time on Friday during lunch time was 15 minutes.

I was my first time here. I got the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. It tasted great. Generous portions. Recommended.
This is a Togo only place or sit in your car.

Ahhh...tender smoked ribs, with a thin, almost see-through sauce. Good flavor, with tiny peck of sweetness. Does not overpower the smoked meat at all.
