Very nice workers and they have free ice cream if you go inside ????

I come to this place every Sunday. I enjoy eating here Sheryl and Ariana make me feel right at home and very welcome, I am a regular customer. I usually never have anything bad to say about this place but I came in on April 1 for a 15 mix around 3:35-4:00 because I was informed there were specials on Monday. I made my order and had to wait every bit of 20 minutes. When taking my order I asked my server Ariana how long would it be on chicken I was OKAY with waiting and she politely went to ask the VERY rude cook how long and his response was “ in a couple of years “ he had a very nasty attitude he never told us how long the wait would be so I went ahead and ordered anyway assuming it wouldn’t take 20 minutes. The place was a mess, the manager was arguing with a rude employee, the line was to the doors and the server was the only one trying to keep the customers happy and under control. I wanted to order cookies but they didn’t even have any!!!! I was told they were OUT at the moment It would be a wait, along with the ice cream machine. The front was out of ice and nobody helped the server get any she apologized and went to the drive thru for ice with every customer. Nobody else packed any of our orders or clean. I noticed everyone else just sort of seemed lost & confused while she did everything. After 20 minutes of waiting maybe more I finally got my order and my server apologized for the wait I’ve never had a experience like this before here but I will not be coming back on a Monday. I will stick to my sundays only from now on. I would’ve given this experience 1 star but I am a regular and I’m always taken care of by Sheryl. My server was also really nice & willing to accommodate me I even gave her a tip. You guys have to do better. I’m giving the place 3 stars because this is my first bad experience here.

I had to wait 15min. They didnt have the chicken ready....but it was worth the wait!! I love this chicken so crispy and fresh!

this place gets your food fast the manager is constantly keeping everyone busy letting them know how the job should run keep the customers happy the food is fresh good hot. and no long wait unless they run out i love it!!
